Joachim Voegele is CEO and technical leader of SYNCING.NET Technologies. Joachim has 24 years experience in development of reliable and mission critical software in management positions, as project leader and developer. Previously he was responsible for development and product management of storage management solutions for large-scale enterprises at SmApper Technologies (Austria), for development of Tamino and CentraSite at Software AG (Germany) and for monitoring systems in automation environments like power plants (incl. nuclear), high speed trains and chemistry plants at Carl Schenck AG (Germany). Joachim holds a diploma of the university of applied sciences in Giessen (Germany)..

Günter Steffen founded TDS Information Technology AG in 1975 and led the company as CEO until 2000. During that time he was also active serving in various supervisory functions in separate ventures. In the years 1998 to 2005 Günter was president of the Chamber of Commerce Heilbronn-Franken. In 2006 he was appointed Honorary Chairman.
Today he is active in numerous supervisory boards and is particularly concentrated on the promotion and financing of innovative start-ups in various organizations. His main practice areas are finance and mentoring young companies with the Heilbronn Future Fund.
