After the high-school diploma and the following studies of aerospace technology, Reinhardt Michel established an IT-development company, together with three partners.
The ICP vortex Computersysteme GmbH, based in Neckarsulm, has become a worldwide leading producer of redundant storage systems (RAID from 1990 on). After the sale of the company to Intel Corporation beginning 2001, Reinhardt Michel has been leading the international marketing of the Intel Storage Components Division for RAID applications.
Today, Reinhardt Michel working amongst others as Business Angel and consultant of companies.

Clemens von Bergmann is an Investment Director for High-Tech Start-Up Fund and is responsible for the selection, analysis and negotiation of investments. Additionally, Clemens oversees the collaboration of portfolio companies together with the coaches and network partners of the High-Tech Start-Up Fund.
He brings with him extensive experience from the high tech industry in corporate finance, business development and sales. In recent years he was employed by a company specializing in the research field of artificial vision. He helped the company achieve the goal of world leader in biometric identification solutions.
Clemens von Bergmann holds a Law degree and a Masters degree in information- and communication technology.

Ralf Germer is the founder and General Manager of 4M Iberoamérica (www.4-m.es) and co-founder of PagBrasil (www.pagbrasil.com). 4M markets software of leading manufacturers in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking world. PagBrasil is a leading online payment gateway to Brazil for international merchants and payment service providers.
Mr. Germer has more than 15 years of experience in international marketing of IT products. At IT distributor Actebis, he was Vice President of Product Marketing Europe and in his last position, Managing Director of the Spanish company. He is a native German speaker and is also fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
