Günter Steffen founded TDS Information Technology AG in 1975 and led the company as CEO until 2000. During that time he was also active serving in various supervisory functions in separate ventures. In the years 1998 to 2005 Günter was president of the Chamber of Commerce Heilbronn-Franken. In 2006 he was appointed Honorary Chairman.
Today he is active in numerous supervisory boards and is particularly concentrated on the promotion and financing of innovative start-ups in various organizations. His main practice areas are finance and mentoring young companies with the Heilbronn Future Fund.

Clemens von Bergmann is an Investment Director for High-Tech Start-Up Fund and is responsible for the selection, analysis and negotiation of investments. Additionally, Clemens oversees the collaboration of portfolio companies together with the coaches and network partners of the High-Tech Start-Up Fund.
He brings with him extensive experience from the high tech industry in corporate finance, business development and sales. In recent years he was employed by a company specializing in the research field of artificial vision. He helped the company achieve the goal of world leader in biometric identification solutions.
Clemens von Bergmann holds a Law degree and a Masters degree in information- and communication technology.
