If you got one of the following errors:

the first version of SYNCING.NET or some parts of it are still installed. This is why you are unable to install the new version.

Click “Start -> All programs -> SYNCING.NET” or “Control panel -> Software -> SYNCING.NET for Outlook” to check whether the programm is still listed. If yes, please uninstall the old version first!

If it is uninstalled, click “Start -> Run -> and type in %appdata%”. In the following window please delete the folder “SYNCING.NET for Outlook”.

If there is no folder named “SYNCING.NET for Outlook”, then an entry in the registry blocks the installation. Please store the following file del_key.zip somewhere on your computer and double-click the file. Answer the question “Are you sure …” by pressing “Yes”.
